Schwerpunkt wird auch weiterhin der Umgang mit dem Dan Bong und dem Shinai sein. F\u00fcr Sch\u00fclergrade eher ungew\u00f6hnlich, aber daf\u00fcr wunderbar, um etwas Abstand zu halten. Au\u00dferdem macht es Spa\u00df. Wir haben leider keine Bilder gemacht, daf\u00fcr haben wir hier noch ein paar Nachz\u00fcgler vom letzten Freitag.
